handle get_current_thread()

This function obtains a handle of the current thread.

A pseudohandle for the current thread.

For operating systems that support security, the handle has the maximum access allowed by the security of the current process. If the operating system does not support security, thread_access::all is given.

The handle obtained through this constructor can be used by other threads within the process.

The pseudohandle may be passed to the function duplicate_handle to obtain a handle for the thread.
